Construction Sales Manager
to lead our business development and client acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Abu Dhabi construction sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and government entities.
Prepare proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential client requirements.
Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Achieve sales targets and report regularly on sales performance and forecasts.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in construction sales or business development within the UAE.
Strong network in the
Abu Dhabi construction market
.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred:
Arabic language proficiency.
Experience working with government and semi-government projects.
