We are hiring a
female Sales Executive
with prior experience in thecar rental industry
. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, handling customer queries, rental extensions, leasing services, and after-sales support.Key Responsibilities
:Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally Address customer inquiries related to rentals and leasing Follow communication protocols to deliver accurate solutions Maintain clear and detailed records of all customer interactions Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals Share customer feedback and support continuous improvement Provide an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
Candidate Requirements
:Fluent in English
Mandatory experience in the Car Rental industry
Minimum 1 year of UAE Telesales experience
CRM software familiarity is a plus Self-driven and goal-orientedJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 per month
