Develop and maintain relationships with clients, while utilizing leads and platforms to generate new business.
Stay updated on the UAE real estate market, pricing trends, and regulations to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Ensure that all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Lead negotiations on behalf of clients and provide expert guidance throughout the process.
Actively contribute to the expansion of the brokerage by achieving sales targets and generating new opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, laws, and regulations.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
