. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth through proactive engagement with hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential hotel clients to promote and sell hotel supply products.
Present product options including bed linen, bath linen, guest room amenities, and housekeeping items.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and product samples as required.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain an updated database of customers, sales records, and inquiries.
Coordinate with the procurement and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings to promote the brand and expand the network.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in
hotel or hospitality supplies
.
Strong knowledge of hotel linen, amenities, and housekeeping products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Valid UAE driving license.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Existing client base in the hotel or hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of local and international hotel product standards.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
