Sales Executive - Events & Food Manufacturing

Sales Executive

to join our growing team in the F&B and food manufacturing space. This role isn't for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day--it's for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to close, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves at events.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the Sales Manager across all day-to-day sales functions Representing the brand at events and activations--confidently, professionally, and with energy Building and managing client relationships across retail, B2B, and hospitality Handling product demos and tastings with full knowledge of our range Assisting with logistics, samples, and follow-ups tied to leads and activations Bringing in sales, not just collecting business cards

You MUST Have:

Fluent, well-spoken English (verbal and written--no exceptions)
A confident, outgoing personality--you're a people person
Valid UAE

driver's license

and your own transport
Current

food handling certificate

Experience in food & beverage or food manufacturing--this is essential
Availability to work evenings and weekends for events, expos, and activations
A proactive mindset--you get things done without being chased

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience working with start-ups or challenger brands Understand retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer models Can switch from charm to hustle in a heartbeat

This role isn't for you if:

- You're uncomfortable working outside of regular 9-5 hours
- You need constant micromanagement
- You struggle with high-energy, face-to-face sales situations

Salary:

AED 1500 - 3000 per month + commission
