About the Role:
Alif Ya Nursery is seeking a
dynamic and results-driven Sales Exutive
to overseesales leads, client communication, and enrollment strategies
. This role requires astrong understanding of business development
, marketing initiatives, and strategic lead generation to drivegrowth and parent engagement
in a fast-paced preschool environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify
target markets, analyze industry trends
, and establish business development strategies.- Meet
budget and revenue targets
by implementing effective sales tactics.- Manage and track
WhatsApp communication
with prospective parents, ensuring lead conversion.- Work closely with
marketing teams
to enhance visibility and generate quality leads. - Support nursery branches inlocal market events
to increase tour-to-enrollment ratios. ? Preparesales forecasts and reports
for management updates.- Build strong
client relationships
to ensure sustained enrollment and retention.- Stay updated on
education sector trends
to maintain a competitive edge in preschool admissions.- Answering phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp meseges.
- Distributing the leads throwut the branches.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor's or Master's degree
in Sales, Business Management, or related field.-
Minimum 1-2 years of experience
in business development (preschool or real estate preferred).-Strong
communication and negotiation skills
with a proactive approach.- Ability to
analyze market trends
and formulate business strategies.-Experience in
lead tracking, follow-ups, and enrollment conversion

Experience:
Real Estate Sales background: 1 year (Preferred)
