Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with clients in the industry, promoting and selling a wide range of products, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with the company's goals and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop and execute sales strategies in local and international markets. Identify potential customers in different sectors. Generate new business through cold calls, client visits, networking, and participation in industry events. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions with clients and suppliers, ensuring profitable deals. Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and procurement professionals. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence reports. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to trade compliance regulations and safety standards. Handle after-sales service issues including customer feedback, product queries, and complaints.

Qualifications

:

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B chemical sales or trading (preferred). Strong understanding of chemical properties, applications, and safety requirements. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical sales environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of international trade is an advantage. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
