Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Credit Card Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit cards to individual customers through direct sales, fieldwork, and leads provided by the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
:Actively promote and sell credit card products to customers through field visits, in-store promotions, or tele-sales. Explain the features, benefits, terms, and conditions of various credit cards clearly to potential customers. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collect and verify customer documents as per company policy. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
