Sales Executive

Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities related to event management services. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their event needs, and offering tailored solutions that meet their objectives. The Sales Executive will work closely with the operations and creative teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful event execution.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and follow up on leads.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and propose customized event solutions. Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.

Proposal Development:

Collaborate with the operations and creative teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to clients.

Contract Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure sales. Ensure all contracts are signed and all necessary paperwork is completed.

Coordination and Communication:

Liaise with internal teams to ensure the smooth planning and execution of events. Communicate client requirements and expectations clearly to the operations team.

Reporting and Analysis:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Customer Service:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent post-sales support. Address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Market Awareness:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the event management or hospitality industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Work Environment:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
