We're looking for a

Sales Executive

to join our fast-growing content agency. You'll be responsible for handling hot inbound leads, chasing outbound prospects, and converting businesses into loyal content clients.

What You'll Be Selling:

Monthly content packages (TikToks, Reels, Shorts)
Viral content production for brands, creators & businesses
High-performing services with real case studies and results

Your Day-to-Day:

Convert warm inbound leads into paying clients Hunt outbound leads and pitch our viral content service Send proposals, follow up, and close aggressively Hit sales targets and earn big on commission Maintain CRM, lead logs, and follow-up systems

You Need To Have:

1-3 years of sales experience (media/agency preferred) Fluent in English, confident on calls & WhatsApp Knowledge of TikTok/Instagram/YouTube landscape Killer follow-up game and natural closing instincts A hunger to grow with a fast-paced, creative team

Compensation:

Base: [Optional -- can be commission-only or 3,000-4,000 AED/month]
Commission: [Customize -- e.g., 15% on gross profit or deal value]
Bonuses: For hitting monthly targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
