We are seeking a high-performing
Sales Executive
to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales quotas in your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand their logistics needs and present Porter's solutions.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-5 years of field sales experience, preferably in logistics, tech, or B2B services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) is a plus.
