Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located at our office in Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for maintaining and growing revenue across their portfolio of key accounts.
You will be using existing industry contacts and clients to find new business opportunities as well as prospecting for new customers.
Develop excellent business relationships with customers and suppliers, holding regular client meetings to identify further business opportunities.
Maintaining good after sales relationships, regularly reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Attending to RFQ's and procurement of parts according to the client requirements.
Strategic procurement of parts and adhering to minimum margins KPI's.
Analyzing Salesforce performance data to optimize revenue including strategic procurement of parts to maximize margins and meet KPI's.
Pipeline management, including excellent attention to detail and drive at each stage.
Participate in industry conferences and events to represent ASL Aerospace.
Ensuring ASA-100 quality standards are met at all times.
Skills and attributes
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills enabling you to build connections with prospective clients and customers.
Knowledgeable and experienced in the aerospace industry.
Exceptionally driven to succeed, demonstrating excellent time management and prospecting skills.
Ideally proficient in Salesforce/AvSight software, however full training will be given.
Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills
Experience in Lead Generation and strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
