Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive specializing in Credit Sales with a strong background in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting financial product such as credit cards and achieving sales targets. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills, deep knowledge of UAE banking products, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers for credit products including credit cards and other financial services. Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management. Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide professional advice to clients on financial solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-sales service. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities. Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months -3 years of proven sales experience in the banking sector within the UAE. Strong knowledge of credit cards. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Candidates holding Spouse Visa, Own Visa, or UAE Residence Visa are highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is an advantage. Fluent in English; knowledge of any other languages is a plus.
