Sales Executive - MEP HVAC Products

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive the sales of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) products within the MEP sector. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HVAC systems, a solid network in the construction and contracting industry, and proven experience in technical sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and target new business opportunities in the MEP sector, especially HVAC-related projects. Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients and consultants. Understand customer needs and provide technical and commercial solutions. Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate contracts. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Provide input for sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 1 years of experience in sales of HVAC or MEP products. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
