Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and retail customers
Conduct indoor showroom sales consultations and product presentations
Generate leads and close deals through outdoor visits to project sites, construction companies, and partners
Provide detailed product knowledge and technical advice to customers
Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure timely delivery coordination
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales using CRM tools
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in tiles, slabs, ceramics, or related industries
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for outdoor sales Familiarity with architectural and design terminology is a plus
Tech-savvy with basic computer and CRM software skills
