Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the shipping, logistics, or service sectors.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure continued business growth.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure the successful delivery of services.
Provide excellent after-sales service, including follow-ups and resolution of any client concerns.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM software.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the shipping, logistics, or service sectors.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A valid driving license is a bonus but not mandatory.
