Sales Executive
Job Description
As a Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing transport service deals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales within the UAE transport sector and a deep understanding of logistics solutions and customer.
Kalton Transport, is a leading transportation services provider based in Dubai, offering efficient, reliable, and safe logistics solutions across the UAE. We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and optimize our transport operations, ensuring high standards of service, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Generate new business leads and develop a strong pipeline of prospects in the UAE transport/logistics market. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their transportation requirements. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. 5-10 years of proven sales experience in a transportation/logistics company in the UAE. Strong understanding of UAE transport industry, pricing models, and regulatory environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Valid UAE driving license is a must.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
