We are seeking a skilled and multilingual
Salesman
to join our Gold Bullion division. The ideal candidate will have3-4 years of experience
in the gold bullion industry and the ability to communicate fluently inmultiple languages
to effectively serve a diverse customer base.Key Responsibilities:
Engage with walk-in and repeat clients to promote and sell gold bullion products. Provide expert guidance on bullion options, pricing, and market trends. Maintain accurate transaction records and handle billing and payments. Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients. Meet individual and store-level sales targets. Ensure compliance with all KYC and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
3-4 years of experience
in thegold bullion industry
. Proficiency inmultiple languages
(regional + English/Hindi; additional languages are a plus). Strong understanding of gold purity, weights, and bullion pricing. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. High integrity, attention to detail, and customer-first mindset.Benefits:
