Sales Executive

to drive our student enrollment through tele-calling, counseling, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct tele-calling campaigns to prospective students and leads. Provide counseling and detailed course information to potential students. Follow up on inquiries and convert them into admissions. Maintain and update CRM with lead information and outcomes. Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets. Assist with organizing promotional events and seminars if required. Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to deliver an excellent student experience.

Requirements:



Proven experience in sales, counseling, or tele-calling (preferably in the education or training sector). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven and result-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
