, your primary responsibility will be to identify, approach, and convert potential investors to invest in the company's offerings. You will play a critical role in expanding our investor base and increasing capital inflows.
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads of potential investors through networking, referrals, events, and other channels.
Pitch investment opportunities to HNIs, family offices, and institutional investors.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing investors.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and discussions to explain investment products and company performance.
Understand investor needs and recommend suitable investment strategies aligned with their financial goals.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly investment targets.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor strategies, and changes in regulatory frameworks
Maintain records of investor communications, proposals, and transactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or investor relations, preferably in financial services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Existing network of potential investors is a strong advantage.
