Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven

Sales & Marketing Executive

to join our team. This role involves promoting and selling our agency's digital marketing services--such as Social Media Management, Branding, Paid Media etc--while supporting marketing strategies and ensuring excellent client service. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, understands digital trends, and is eager to contribute to a growing agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell the agency's marketing services, including Social Media Management, Branding, Paid Ads (Google & Meta), and Website Development. Understand client needs and recommend suitable marketing solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Collaborate with the internal team to prepare customized proposals and pricing. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Assist in implementing marketing campaigns to generate new leads. Attend client meetings, events, and networking opportunities to represent the agency. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitches. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications. Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitive activity.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a digital or creative agency. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Highly motivated, target-driven, and self-disciplined. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
