Roles and Responsibility



Sales Target Achievement: Proactively reach out to potential customers to promote and sell credit card products, aiming to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Customer Engagement: Identify customer needs and preferences, provide clear information about credit card features, and assist customers in choosing the best option. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking events, on-field sales, and referrals. Revenue Generation: Develop strategies to meet revenue goals. Successful sales directly impact earnings through a rewarding incentive structure. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all credit card offerings, promotions, and policies, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers. Documentation and Compliance : Handle application processing, ensuring that all required documentation is complete and accurate, and follow compliance guidelines. Customer Relationship Management :Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals. Reporting Regularly report on sales progress, achievements, and any challenges to the sales manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Sales-Driven: Ability to achieve revenue targets through effective sales strategies and self-motivation. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication to present credit card options clearly and persuasively. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate with customers effectively to close deals. Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on providing quality service and understanding customer needs. Problem-Solving: Skillful in addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to credit card products. Persistence and Resilience: Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment and handling rejection.

Compensation Details:

While the base salary is structured to be modest, the position offers an attractive incentive scheme. High performers have significant earning potential, as incentives are directly tied to sales achievements. This role is ideal for someone motivated by results and a competitive commission structure.
