Job Description
:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Record call details and maintain accurate customer information in CRM Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends Collaborate with team members and contribute to team goals
Requirements
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented Ability to handle rejection and remain positive Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus High school diploma; additional certifications in sales or marketing is a plus
