Sales & Marketing Executive

to help grow our client base and establish our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

:

Promote and sell the company's interior design services to potential clients. Identify new leads and follow up on inquiries. Conduct client meetings and site visits as needed. Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns (social media, events, etc.). Prepare proposals, quotations, and marketing materials. Maintain strong client relationships before and after project execution. Report sales activities and market trends to management.

Requirements

:

Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in

interior design, fit-out, or architecture

. Strong network and ability to generate leads in the UAE. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus. UAE driving license is preferred. Self-driven, confident, and goal-oriented.

Compensation

:

Commission

: 3% to 10% per project, based on deal value and performance
