Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our automotive dealership team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with suitable vehicle options, ensuring a seamless and satisfying buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, understanding their vehicle requirements and preferences. Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits in a professional manner. Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about vehicles. Negotiate sales and close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.?

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably within the UAE market. Strong understanding of vehicle features, financing options, and the sales process. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage. Valid UAE driving license. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.?
