Job Summary:


SamTech ME Group is seeking for an Arabic Speaking Sales Executive reporting directly to the CEO. The basic responsibility will be to sell the products and services offered by the company. Successful candidate should meet all sales objectives, handle all administrative aspects of the sale including finding the leads, introducing over the phone, conduct meetings and follow up until order Confirmation.




Responsibilities:

Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. Provide high-level direct client contact. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Develop new markets as needed. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence. Objectives setting, Training and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. Assist sales team for meeting and Sales closing. Do Market research. Keep update of the market and our product. Follow up customer enquiry. Receive customer inquiries, complaints. Update weekly reports for existing clients, prospective contacts and In Funnel accounts. Proven commitment to follow through what you begin is essential. Any other work-related task that may arise as per the HoD instructions.

Key Skills:

Ability to speak Arabic & English fluently. Outstanding verbal, written communication and presentation skills. Experience selling to and working in conjunction with all levels of professionals. Should be motivated by success. Should be persistent and resilient. Integrity, honesty and trustworthiness. Additional International language skills an advantage but not essential. Confident, self-motivated and commission driven. Friendly personality and team player.


Minimum Educational Qualification:

Bachelors in Business Administration or Marketing.



Minimum Experience:

2-3 Years.
