Position: Senior Sales Associate - Luxury Goods Reseller

Location: Sunset Mall Jumeirah

We are a fast-growing, high-end luxury goods reseller specializing in rare and sought-after pieces from world-renowned brands mainly Hermes. We pride ourselves on delivering a curated, service to a discerning international clientele.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Associate with strong experience in the luxury fashion and resale industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury retail space, exceptional clienteling skills, and a genuine passion for luxury brands--especially Hermes, including knowledge of key product categories such as Birkin and Kelly bags, exotic leathers, and limited-edition pieces.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a premium client experience from initial inquiry to final sale Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals Advise clients on product selection with an expert understanding of luxury items Manage inventory with care and attention to detail Collaborate closely with the sourcing and authentication teams Hit and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining brand integrity
Requirements:

Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in luxury fashion, ideally in resale or consignment Expertise in top-tier luxury brands, with a strong knowledge of Hermes products Polished, confident, and sophisticated presence Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented A natural flair for styling, presentation, and customer experience
Please Note: Due to the nature of the role, which may involve modeling high-end pieces and personalized styling, we are seeking a female-presenting candidate to meet current brand alignment and customer engagement expectations.
