MagicPitch.ai is on a mission to disrupt traditional lead generation with the power of AI. As a Field Sales Executive, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our client base across the UAE. This role is perfect for someone who loves meeting people, understands the value of performance-based services, and is confident in selling to business owners, marketers, and decision-makers.

What You'll Do

Visit businesses across Dubai and other emirates to identify and pitch potential clients. Understand each business's growth goals and position MagicPitch as the go-to solution for qualified leads. Confidently present and explain how our AI platform works--no technical knowledge required (training provided). Follow up with prospects, handle objections, and close deals on the spot or through follow-ups. Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently achieve monthly targets. Be the face of MagicPitch in the field--every client you close is your long-term win.

Who We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in B2B field sales (software or services preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with client-facing interactions and field visits. Must have own UAE visa and be currently based in Dubai or willing to travel within the UAE. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow with a fast-moving startup.

Compensation & Incentives

Base Salary:

AED 2,500/month (fixed)

Commission:

AED 500 per sale Average reps close 10-15 deals/month = AED 7,000-AED 9,500/month Top closers hit 25-30 deals/month =

Earn AED 13,000-AED 17,000/month
