Job Brief:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the fire protection industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients in the construction, electromechanical, and MEP sectors. The role requires the ability to identify and secure fire protection projects and retrofit replacement projects, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. The candidate should possess a strong network within the Dubai market and a comprehensive understanding of the local industry practices.

Job Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients to identify sales opportunities in the fire protection sector.

- Proactively seek and secure fire protection projects and retrofit replacement projects, ensuring regular follow-up to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration and achieve business objectives.

- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to the management team.

- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a thorough understanding of products and services, enabling effective communication of their features and benefits to clients.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and other relevant forums to enhance the company\'s presence and foster new business opportunities.

Job Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive in the fire protection industry, preferably with a focus on both projects and retrofit replacements.

- Solid network of contacts within the construction, electromechanical, and MEP industries in Dubai.

- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the Dubai market.

- Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

- Age below 35 years.

- Engineering degree preferred, but a Diploma in relevant fields will be considered.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
