The Outdoor B2B Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business customers, generating leads, and promoting AC, home, and kitchen appliance products across retail, dealer, and project channels. The role focuses on outdoor sales activities, relationship building, and achieving monthly sales targets through proactive market engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B customers across various industry sectors.
Conduct daily outdoor visits to potential buyers, distributors, dealers, and institutional clients.
Promote air-conditioning units, home appliances, and kitchen equipment to business customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain technical features and benefits.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales within approved margins.
Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and pending sales opportunities to ensure closure.
Maintain strong post-sales communication to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
Maintain a structured database of prospects, leads, and ongoing opportunities.
Prepare daily visit reports and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Coordinate with logistics, showroom, warehouse, and service teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate documentation for quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and approvals.
Share customer feedback with management to support product and service improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in outdoor B2B sales, preferably in AC, home appliances, or electronics.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B, reseller, or institutional environments.
Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of AC systems and major home and kitchen appliance products.
Ability to explain product specifications, energy efficiency, installation requirements, and warranties.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field.
Strong time management, planning, and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Valid driving license is
mandatory
for outdoor sales roles.
Familiarity with the Qatar or GCC market is an added advantage.
