Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, customer relationship management, and solution-based selling within the cleaning and sanitation industry.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with revenue goals Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers Identify opportunities to expand product usage within existing accounts Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and industry events Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations Negotiate and close sales deals in compliance with company policies Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, and industry trends Provide basic technical support and product training to clients Coordinate with operations and customer support teams for smooth execution Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure long-term satisfaction Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools Collaborate with internal teams to align sales, marketing, and operational goals Act as a brand ambassador while maintaining ethical and professional standards

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field Sales or Business Development certification is an advantage 3-5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or B2B sales role Prior experience in cleaning, sanitation, chemicals, or related industries. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
