Firma Events is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hotel sales and a solid understanding of the local hospitality and events market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hotels and hospitality sector in Qatar
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners and corporate clients
Promote Firma Events' services and negotiate contracts and partnerships
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
Prepare proposals and follow up on leads to close deals
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales in Qatar
Proven knowledge of the Qatar market and hospitality industry
Valid Qatar driving license
Currently based in Qatar
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and business mindset
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
