Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new sales opportunities
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits
Conduct market research on customer needs and competitor activities
Present and promote products and services to prospective clients
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate terms, close deals, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-sales support
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
Attend industry events and networking sessions
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telecom, real estate, banking, or solutions industry preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Valid QID and eligibility to work in Qatar
