The Curve Hotel is looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Executive
with proven hotel industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets to support the hotel's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new corporate, leisure, and group business opportunities
Promote hotel rooms, facilities, and services to potential clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections
Prepare and follow up on proposals, contracts, and rate negotiations
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure client satisfaction
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of sales experience in the hotel industry
Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Good knowledge of the Qatar hotel market
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
