Qatar Ceramic is a leading provider of high-quality porcelain tiles, offering innovative and durable solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to support our local operations and strengthen our presence in Qatar's dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with local clients, contractors, architects, and project stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Qatar's construction and renovation sectors.
Present and promote the company's tile products to clients and educate them on their features and benefits.
Conduct market research to identify trends and tailor sales strategies to meet client needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and product presentations.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to fulfill client requirements.
Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to enhance the company's market position.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of sales experience in the ceramic industry in Qatar.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of Qatar's market.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
