About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated

Sales Executive

with a strong background in the hospitality industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting the hotel's products and services, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets to support the hotel's revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

Actively seek out new business opportunities through corporate visits, calls, and networking events. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company standards. Coordinate with the Front Office, Reservations, and F&B departments to ensure smooth handling of client requirements. Participate in sales meetings, promotional events, and trade shows to represent the hotel. Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and activity logs. Support the Sales Manager in meeting overall departmental objectives. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and hospitality developments in Qatar.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management. Minimum of

2-3 years experience in hotel sales or hospitality business development.

Strong understanding of Qatar's hospitality and corporate markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude. Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
