Role Overview
SPARK+ is hiring a
Sales Executive
to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented, eager to grow within a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients and present company products or services.
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns.
Maintain accurate sales reports and documentation.
Qualifications/Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
Prior sales experience or internship in a similar role.
