Sales Executives

to support our expansion across Qatar's industrial and SME sectors. Reporting directly to the

Sales Manager

, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new suppliers, service providers, and buyers, while promoting iProcure.ai as Qatar's trusted digital procurement platform.

This position suits individuals who are proactive, persuasive, and passionate about B2B sales and digital transformation.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Relationship Building

Identify, approach, and onboard potential suppliers, service providers, and buyers across targeted industries. Present the iProcure.ai platform to prospective clients, explaining features, benefits, and pricing models. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Sales Operations & Execution

Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager. Manage daily outreach via calls, visits, and digital channels to generate and convert leads. Track and update all client interactions, proposals, and deals in the CRM system.

Market Engagement

Conduct regular field visits, exhibitions, and networking events to expand market visibility. Gather client feedback and market intelligence to assist in refining product offerings and campaigns.

Collaboration & Reporting

Coordinate with marketing and onboarding teams to ensure seamless client setup and activation. Provide daily and weekly reports to the Sales Manager on performance, pipeline, and progress.

Requirements

Experience:

1-3 years of sales experience in B2B, industrial, or technology-driven environments in Qatar. Prior exposure to supplier or procurement platforms will be an added advantage.

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities. Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude. Familiar with CRM systems and basic digital sales tools. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Other Requirements:

Valid Qatar Driving Licence is mandatory. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Immediate availability preferred. www.iprocure.ai
