. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling construction materials, services, or equipment, and should be familiar with market dynamics, client acquisition, and project-based sales.
This role is well-suited for candidates who are proactive, target-driven, and knowledgeable about the local construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and procurement managers
Promote and sell the company's construction-related products and services
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
Provide regular sales reports and client feedback
Coordinate internally with logistics, finance, and technical teams to ensure order fulfillment
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the construction industry
Strong understanding of the construction market and client base in the region
Proven ability to close deals and meet targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Must have a
valid QID
and be able to provide a
NOC
Immediate availability
is required
Valid Qatar driving license is preferred
