Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always mandatory).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
Manage existing client accounts, maintain relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective customers.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and reports for management review.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows (if applicable).
