Key Responsibilities
Handle
B2C client interactions
and build long-term customer relationships.
Achieve
monthly and quarterly sales targets
aligned with company objectives.
Promote and sell
outsourcing services and solutions
to prospective clients.
Ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction
by addressing queries and concerns promptly.
Prepare
sales reports
, analyze client requirements, and share feedback with management.
Work effectively under pressure in a

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Minimum
3 years of proven experience

B2C sales
and client handling.
Strong

and meet deadlines.
Hands-on experience with
CRM tools
