Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Admission Counselor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about our courses, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming enrollment experience. The Admission Counselor plays a key role in achieving the institute's enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media) regarding course offerings and admission procedures. Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, career prospects, and training outcomes. Maintain a deep understanding of Edoxi's training programs, certifications, and admission requirements. Follow up with leads, schedule consultations, and convert inquiries into enrollments. Meet or exceed individual and team enrollment targets. Maintain and update student records in CRM or database systems. Assist in organizing and participating in student outreach events, open houses, and seminars. Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to support the admission and onboarding process. Provide pre-admission and post-admission support to ensure student satisfaction. Prepare regular reports on student inquiries, applications, and enrollment statistics.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or Business preferred). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in counseling, sales, or customer service (preferably in the education sector). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus). Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
