Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Sales Executive to join our expanding cargo and logistics team. The role focuses on promoting our door-to-door cargo services from Qatar to the Philippines, as well as exploring new markets in other countries. This person will be responsible for B2C and B2B outreach, increasing monthly container volumes, and expanding our service portfolio through proactive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell door-to-door cargo services, primarily to the Philippines, with expansion into other target countries. Develop new business opportunities through B2B channels including partnerships with companies, small businesses, and agencies. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by increasing customer base and container volume. Conduct field visits, door-to-door promotions, and attend networking events to introduce services. Build lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. Identify market gaps and recommend service improvements or additions. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations tailored to client needs. Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, freight, or courier services. Strong persuasive communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with B2C and B2B sales tactics and client relationship management. Ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets. Multilingual skills (especially English and/or Tagalog) are a big plus. Valid Qatar driving license preferably.
