Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Manage and grow relationships with existing retail and distribution partners.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Execute product launches, promotions, and in-store activities.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor product performance, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and visibility.
Ensure timely collections and adhere to credit policies.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with distributors for replenishment.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing.
Minimum
2-5 years
of proven sales experience in the
FMCG sector
.
Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels, retail environments, and key performance drivers.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
