The Sales & Marketing Executive is instrumental in boosting hotel revenue and enhancing occupancy rates through innovative sales initiatives, focused business development, and exceptional relationship management. This position actively promotes the hotel's offerings, ensures ongoing client engagement, and elevates the hotel's brand presence in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Consistently achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets by identifying, developing, and securing new business within Qatar's hospitality industry.
Build, nurture, and maintain strong partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and strategic accounts to generate qualified leads and repeat business.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and inform tailored sales strategies, including calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the hotel's unique features, services, and value to potential clients.
Oversee all aspects of the booking and reservation process for corporate, group, and VIP clients, ensuring seamless and high-quality guest service.
Collaborate closely with internal departments--front office, events, marketing, and operations--to provide a coordinated and outstanding guest experience.
Negotiate and finalize contract terms and pricing structures, balancing hotel profitability with client satisfaction.
Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, account activity, and market trends, providing actionable insights to management.
Proactively network within the hospitality sector, attend industry events, and build new partnerships with key business sources.
Uphold all hotel sales and marketing policies, actively contribute to special projects and campaigns, and support the achievement of team goals and the hotel's brand reputation.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience in hotel sales, preferably within the Qatar market.
Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience using CRM or reservation systems.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a polished professional presence.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Motivated, proactive, and passionate about hospitality sales, client service, and building lasting business relationships.
