Job Description

Repsonsiblities:

Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals.

Understand client needs and propose suitable company services or solutions.

Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales effectively.

Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and progress using CRM tools.

Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and business events.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Provide market feedback and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Qualifications:



proven experience in sales or business development (minimum 2-4 years), preferably in the Qatari market.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in

both Arabic and English

(spoken and written) is essential.

Must be of

Arab nationality

.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets under pressure.

Valid

Qatar Driving License

is required.
