The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing hotel occupancy through strategic sales initiatives, business development, and exceptional client relationship management. The role actively promotes the hotel's offerings, ensures consistent client engagement, and contributes to the hotel's brand visibility and success in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the Qatar hospitality sector.
Build, nurture, and maintain strong partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and key strategic accounts to generate qualified leads and repeat business.
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and inform tailored sales outreach, including calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Design and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the hotel's unique services, facilities, and value to potential clients.
Manage the complete booking and reservation process for corporate, group, and VIP clients, ensuring seamless guest experiences and service continuity.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (front office, events, marketing, and operations) to deliver coordinated and outstanding service to all guests.
Negotiate and finalize contract terms and pricing structures, ensuring value for both the hotel and clients while maintaining profitability and guest satisfaction.
Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, account activity, and market trends to provide actionable insights to management.
Proactively network within the hospitality sector, representing the hotel at industry events and building relationships with new business sources, including corporate accounts and travel agents.
Uphold all hotel sales and marketing policies, and participate in special projects or campaigns as assigned, contributing positively to team objectives and brand reputation.
Requirements
Proven experience in hotel sales--preferably within the Qatar market--is essential.
Fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous and preferred.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or reservation systems.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities, with a strong professional presence and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
