We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated
Sales Executive
with a strong understanding of
Digital Marketing
and the
IT industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting the company's digital and IT services, and driving revenue growth. The role requires excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Identify potential clients through online research, field visits, networking, and social media.
Generate leads for digital marketing, web development, IT consulting, and software solutions.
Pitch services to businesses across various industries.
2. Sales & Closing
Present and explain company services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website development, software solutions, and branding.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
3. Digital Marketing Knowledge
Understand digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, social media ads, and content marketing.
Communicate service benefits clearly to clients.
Coordinate with the marketing team to deliver client requirements.
4. IT Solutions & Services Knowledge
Understand IT services such as web development, mobile apps, cloud hosting, and technical support.
Identify business challenges and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Work closely with technical teams for project handovers.
5. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain an updated CRM with sales activities and client data.
6. Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Update performance metrics, sales results, and revenue targets.
