Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Credit Card Sales Executive
to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling credit card products to potential customers through direct sales, tele-sales, field visits, and partner channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell credit card products. Explain credit card features, benefits, fees, and usage guidelines clearly to customers. Conduct field visits, participate in promotional events, and engage in tele-calling activities to boost sales. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and completed sales. Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC documentation requirements. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries or issues professionally.
