Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
Generate leads and convert them into customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product development teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to travel as needed.
